Life is full of chaos. We don’t always get the chance to “just be”—to slow down, take a breath, and live in the moment. The day-to-day responsibilities, relationships, and obligations don’t stop, even when we’re all carrying things that aren’t always visible from the outside.
Maybe you’re here because you’ve tried everything to “feel better,” with no success. Constant overthinking is getting to you—the way you replay every conversation, question every decision, or feel like you’re always falling short. You could be a parent who never gets a moment to yourself, pulled in a thousand directions, and still wondering if you’re doing enough. Maybe you're navigating early adulthood—figuring out who you are, managing school or work, and trying to keep it all together. Or maybe you're feeling stretched thin in your relationships, unsure how to express your needs without guilt. And if you keep putting others first, saying yes when you really mean no…the more you push your needs aside, the harder it is to feel like you matter.

Hi, I’m Elizabeth.
I work with people from all walks of life—those who’ve faced hardship for as long as they can remember, mothers and parents who feel stretched thin and unsure, young adults finding their way in the real world, and those curious about something from their past or why they feel so “stuck.”
As a therapist, I tell it like it is, but always with kindness and empathy for what you’re experiencing. I’m a human too and have walked many of these roads myself, so I know that what you’re dealing with isn’t easy. My approach is integrative and personalized because therapy, like life, isn’t one-size-fits-all. You deserve a space that meets you where you are, with support and strategies that fit your real, everyday life. This is that space.

Anxiety
When your mind won’t slow down, and your chest is constantly tight, it’s hard to be present in your own life, not to mention your relationships. And anxiety doesn’t look the same for everyone, either. It can show up as perfectionism, negative self-talk, an inability to sleep, or always feeling like you’re falling short.
In our work together, we’ll explore what’s fueling your stress and anxiety, sometimes what’s deeper beneath the surface. This helps us create a game plan that actually fits your life, so things start to feel calmer and more manageable.

EMDR
Some pain goes so much deeper than words can express, and the idea of talking about it can be daunting. You may not even quite know what happened, but you do know that something is “off.”
Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) offers a way to process painful experiences, anxiety, and more without having to retell every detail. If you feel like you can’t move forward because of the past or are reactive and emotional in ways you don’t fully understand, this evidence-based approach can help you finally heal and move forward.

Parenting
While parenting is beautiful at times, it can also be brutally hard (no matter what phase you’re in). And when you’re managing a child with special needs, neurodivergence, or other learning differences, it can be overwhelming just to get through each hour of the day.
If you’re losing yourself in this process or trying desperately to navigate what to do next, therapy reminds you that you’re not alone. Together, we’ll use evidence-based parenting approaches like SPACE and PMT to focus on practical strategies, emotional support, and helping you feel more capable (and confident) in your role as a parent.
